🎯 Role Overview
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is key in supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective people management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations

📌 Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
